Terms of Trading for Cash Register Services

Our mission is to provide comprehensive and affordable cash register servicing, sales and repair for businesses in the UK. We are based in Coventry but have worked with businesses all over the UK during our 40 years of operation.

All new machines are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Should a fault develop during the 12 month warranty period the machine will need to be returned to us in its original packaging, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage to our workshop.

If the machine does not have a fault and the problem has been caused by operator error or misuse then Cash Register Services reserves the right to charge for any labour costs incurred.

Cash Register Services will not be held responsible for any data being lost or corrupted under any circumstances.

Software is non-returnable. Customers who purchase software need to check it is compatible with their computer/hardware and operating system.

Returns Policy

If within seven days of delivery the customer decides they have ordered the incorrect product or have changed their mind we will supply a refund but we will charge a restocking fee of 30% plus V.A.T. All returns have to be made in the products original packaging with all manuals etc. Cash Register Services do not refund any delivery charges.


Any damage or missing parts must be reported to us on telephone number 024 7667 0715 within 24 hours of delivery, Cash Register Services accepts no liability after this period.

Credit Card Security

Cash Register Services does not receive or store your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our website. The payment is collected using Sage Pay payment gateway.
