Delivery
We deliver to all of Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. We require a signature so please ensure someone is available.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are Out of Stock we will send the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source your item we will contact you to inform you.
Returns/Warranty
All equipment we supply comes with a standard manufacturers warranty for a period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated)
Because we incur cost from the time you order your cash register, we are required to charge a restocking fee for all cancelled orders, denied shipments, and returns. All cash registers require some setup from us and expenses are incurred every time an order is processed, therefore, we must charge a 30% service fee if your merchandise is returned. By ordering from our website or calling in your order, you agree that you can return the merchandise within 7 days of the shipping date, but must pay the service fee. Returns are not allowed after 7 days. If there is damage to the equipment upon return, you will be charged for the cost of new parts used to replace the worn or damaged parts. All manuals must be returned with the cash register and all cash registers must have the protective covering, including display protectors. You must return the cash register in the original box with the original packaging. If the cash register is not in new condition, do not return it, because you will be charged.

There are no returns for cash register manuals.
If you have problems with the cash register or point of sale equipment within the warranty period, you may return the product and we will fix it and send it back to you. You must pay for shipping to send the machine in to us; we will pay shipping back to you. See warranty info for more information.
We offer free support for all the cash registers or point of sale equipment that we sell while under warranty or maintenance contract. We will support products purchased from other companies or out of warranty/maintenance for £30 per hour or part of, prepaid by credit card.
We will do our best to return calls as soon as possible. You ordered the cash register from us at a discounted price and we have programmed the machine with the information you have supplied, you will be responsible for any further programming of the cash register. We are here to help as much as possible. There will be no return calls during non business hours and we will do our best to return messages as soon as possible. All peripherals such as barcode scanners and printers will be configured prior to shipping and will include all interface cables.
Telephone support
Under no circumstances do we charge for telephone support for the cash registers or point of sale equipment that we sell while under warranty or maintenance contract. We will support products purchased from other companies or out of warranty or maintenance contract for £30 per hour, prepaid by credit card.
Shipping
We ship all our products by Turbo carrier unless otherwise requested. We charge at the current rate is £25 plus vat.
Receipt of delivery. In most cases, we stock the merchandise advertised on our website. In that case, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days, depending on your location within the U.K. In some situations we may need to special order your equipment, which will prolong the shipping time. In this case, you should receive your equipment within 5-10 working days. If you request to have your cash register programmed, we will ship within 2 business days of your order. In this situation, you should receive your order within 5-10 working days.
Privacy Policy
Cash Register Services do not disclose information supplied by customers to third parties, information supplied is only used for delivery purposes and our own records.
Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
Cash Register Services warrants the goods sold hereunder, if properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions with competent supervision, to be free from any defects in material, operation, and workmanship for the period stated by each cash register or point of sale manufacturer The obligations of Cash Register Services and the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy hereunder shall be limited to the replacement or repair of any goods which are returned to Cash Register Services, transportation charges prepaid, and there determined by Cash Register Services to be at variance with the warranty. Again, all returns for warranty work, even if the cash register is brand new, must be shipped to Cash Register Services, shipping paid by customer.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, we shall have no obligation hereunder in the event the goods become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, maintenance, or repairs not made by Cash Register Services, unauthorized modifications, or as a result of removal, improper use, abnormal operation by the buyer, using the machine without the appropriate till rolls or any other misuse or mistreatment of the goods.
